    • Transaction Fee: A transaction fee of 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction shall be applied to all payments made through Stripe. This fee will be added to the total invoice amount.
    • Late Payments: In the event that an invoice is not paid within 2 weeks from the date of issuance, Blue Ring Marketing reserves the right to automatically charge the credit card on file for the overdue invoice amount.
    • Late Payment Fees: For each week that an invoice remains overdue, a late payment fee of $5 will be added to the invoice until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
    • Credit Card on File: By engaging our services and agreeing to these payment terms, you consent to keeping a valid credit card on file with Blue Ring Marketing for the purpose of processing payments, including late payment charges, as outlined in this agreement.
    • Removal of Credit Card Information: Upon the termination of services and provided that the account does not have any outstanding balances, credit card information on file will be removed after one month. We prioritize the security and privacy of your data, and this step ensures your sensitive information is handled appropriately.

    3. Cancellation Form

    Upon agreement to the cancellation terms, the cancelling party will be provided with a formal cancellation form by Bluering Marketing. The completion and signing of this form are mandatory.

    4. Commenced Work

    If work has already commenced at the time of cancellation, the cancelling party may be required to make a payment ranging from 50% to 100% of the total contract amount. The specific percentage will be determined based on the nature and extent of the work completed.

    e. Defaming individuals or infringing upon anyone's privacy.

     

    f. Posing a risk to anyone's safety, health, or security.

     

    g. Endangering national security or obstructing a law enforcement agency’s proceedings.

     

    h. Illegally revealing trade secrets or the confidential or proprietary information of another individual or entity.

     

    i. Aiding in bypassing copyright protection measures, including unauthorized file sharing or the use of torrents.

     

    j. Directly infringing upon the trade mark, patent, or proprietary rights of others.

     

    k. Encouraging the use of controlled or uncontrolled substances or contravening import or export regulations.

     

    l. Prohibiting the sale or promotion of alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, non-tobacco substances, drugs (whether controlled or otherwise), and related paraphernalia. Our platform is committed to promoting a healthy and safe environment and, as such, does not permit the distribution, advertisement, or sale of such items or substances that could pose health risks or contravene legal regulations.
